Vice City is the main city of Leonida and the centre of Grand Theft Auto VI. The city is modelled on Miami in Florida. The city is still known as the sun and fun capital of America. Its motto is Everything in Excess. Vice City was also the setting of an earlier game in the series. This version of the city is set in the modern day.
Vice City captures the glamour, hustle and greed of America in a single city. Each neighbourhood in the city has something different to offer. Ocean Beach is known for pastel art deco hotels and bright white sand. The Ocean View Hotel is one of the art deco landmarks of the city. Little Cuba is famous for its busy panaderías, the local bakeries. Tisha-Wocka is home to a flea market full of bootleg brands. VC Port calls itself the cruise ship capital of the world. Southside is home to the compound of the PTT Youngin$, one of the loudest gangs in the city.
Classic cars cruise along Shore Drive. The Shore Court garage sits a stone's throw from the glistening sands of Ocean Beach. It has a weapon locker and a secure place to leave stolen goods for the fence.
The beaches are packed with sunbathers, joggers and lifeguard stands. Basketball courts sit among the palm trees, roads and tall buildings. At night the skyline glows, with a giant Ferris wheel among the towers. A downtown arena is home to the basketball team of the city. Planes arriving at the airport pass over a giant Vice City sign.
Nightlife is a big part of city life, from nightclubs to strip clubs. Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos can drink and dance together in the crowded clubs. At the strip clubs, dollar bills float through the air around the dancers.
Raised freeways and narrow streets often fill with heavy traffic. Street riders on dirt bikes and quad bikes pull stunts between the cars.
Flash FM is the Vice City institution for pop music, hosted by Robyn and Alex. The station also played in the earlier Vice City game. A tropical weapon pattern draws on the famous palm tree shirt worn by Tommy Vercetti. Revolvers with classic Vice City styling come from the Vercetti Estate.

Boobie Ike is a local Vice City legend who acts like one. He owns the Jack of Hearts strip club and a recording studio. His partner Dre'Quan Priest runs Only Raw Records and has his eye on the Vice City scene. Dre'Quan books acts into the strip club owned by Boobie. Raul Bautista is a seasoned bank robber who works the city with his crew.

The gang is among the loudest and most socially active in Southside. The compound holds special items and distinct contraband. A raid on it only pays off for those who escape safely afterwards. The raid on the Illegal Goods Store opens with the Ultimate Edition of the game.
VC Port is the seaport of Vice City. It calls itself the cruise ship capital of the world. Huge cruise ships dock at the port. The vessels make an impressive sight from the water and the shore. The cruise trade makes the port one of the busiest corners of Vice City.
The Ocean View Hotel is an art deco hotel in Vice City. It is one of the landmarks of the city. The hotel shares its name with a landmark from the earlier Vice City game. Police officers make arrests on the street outside the hotel.
Shore Court is a personal garage in Vice City. It sits a stone's throw from the glistening sands of Ocean Beach. The garage has a weapon locker and a secure place to deposit stolen goods for the fence. It is the home of the '55 Vapid Stanier, a classic two-tone sedan. The Stanier is made for cruising along Shore Drive. Shore Court and the '55 Vapid Stanier come with the Vintage Vice City Pack.
