The Fang of Haynekhtnamet is a tooth taken from a dreugh warlord, turned into a dagger, and it reached Skyrim through the Fishing Creation of all places. It matches the Madness Dagger for base damage at lower weight, which makes it arguably the strongest dagger in the game.

The target takes 25 points of shock damage and half as much magicka damage. The charge cost is tiny, so a single filled soul gem lasts for hundreds of hits.
