Hildir will not sell the cape tunics until you carry her silver chest back out of the Howling Caverns in the Mountain, and Cape Tunic Blue is one of the three that unlock when you do. You wear it for building rather than fighting, because the hammer and the hoe cost less stamina in it. It gives 1 armour.
Notes
- Heavy chest and leg armor each lower movement speed by 5%, so a full heavy set slows you by 10%, and a shield slows you further.
- Armor lowers physical, fire, frost and lightning damage, but poison and spirit damage go straight through it.
