A Portrait of the Witcher as an Old Man map location:
- Talk to the painter in the market south of the Gran'place signpost.
- Meet the painter around noon by the western gate of the palace.
- Follow the painter out of the city.
- Find the painter's paints with Witcher Senses.
- Follow the trail into the cave and kill the nekkers.
- Take the paints from the cave.
- Give the painter the paints.
- Follow the painter to the new spot and pose.
- Kill the griffin.
- Wait one day to see the painting.
- Go see the painting at the market.

After the griffin fight, the painter asks whether to add the griffin to the picture. The answer only changes how the painting looks. In the market, the finished portrait shows Geralt in the nude. Geralt can buy it for 1,000 crowns.
