Bloed Aedd is a Relic steel sword from the base game. It rolls up to +10% Yrden sign intensity and adds a fixed +6% bleed chance. It lies on Sarasti's corpse in a Byways contract and at the end of a Skellige treasure hunt. Its stats roll when it is found, with one copy in Velen and another on Undvik in Skellige.
Each copy rolls +3-10% Yrden sign intensity, +2-11% crit damage and +1-2% XP from humans and nonhumans. The +6% bleed chance is fixed on every copy. The Yrden bonus and the bleeding damage over time give it a place in a bleeding hybrid that mixes Yrden with sword work.
It has 3 rune slots. These hold three runestones or one runeword.
How to Get Bloed Aedd
- Take Contract: The Mystery of the Byways Murders in Velen and loot the sword from Sarasti's corpse.
- Or finish the treasure hunt Shortcut on Undvik, Skellige.
- It can also drop as random loot.
