Ge'els is an elf of the Aen Elle and one of Eredin's most powerful allies. He rules the world of the Aen Elle as Eredin's viceroy while the king rides at the head of the Wild Hunt. Geralt meets him at the Palace of Awakening in Tir ná Lia during the quest Through Time and Space.

Lore

---

Ge'els is clever, calm and deeply charismatic. Both the people of the Aen Elle world and their former ruler, King Auberon Muircetach, respected and trusted him. For that reason, he kept his high rank after Eredin seized power. He became one of the new king's mightiest allies and served as his viceroy.

Ge'els is among the most influential of the Aen Elle, yet power has never been what drives him. Avallac'h believes his loyalty and his sense of right and wrong are a weakness. That weakness might tip the scales of the final battle.

Story

---

In Through Time and Space, Avallac'h plans to turn Ge'els against Eredin. Ge'els is the one Eredin relies on for reinforcements. Avallac'h and Geralt travel through a series of portals to the world of the Aen Elle. They find Ge'els at his palace, busy painting. Ge'els hears them out and agrees to come with them to Novigrad.

There the dreamer Corinne Tilly shows Ge'els a vision that proves Eredin murdered Auberon. Ge'els acts out of loyalty to his former king and withdraws his support for Eredin. He reveals the one way to defeat the Hunt: fight it in this world, on the allies' own terms. First they must use the Sunstone to summon the Naglfar. Ge'els promises that Eredin will get no reinforcements when he calls for them.

Relationships

---

Auberon Muircetach was the king Ge'els admired, and he remains loyal to him after his death. Eredin trusts Ge'els as his viceroy, but the truth about Auberon turns Ge'els against him. Avallac'h knows Ge'els well enough to predict how he will act.
