The Potion of Restoration is a single-use Blood and Wine potion. It returns every Ability Point spent on mutations to the pool, so the points can go into other mutations. Merchants in Toussaint sell it for 1,000 crowns.
Mutations are researched with ability points and Greater mutagens, and only one can be active at a time. The potion hands back the points, but the mutagens spent on research stay spent.
