Reliever's Decoction is a decoction against wraiths: it raises damage dealt to them and reduces damage taken from them. One brew holds 1 charge, a dose lasts 30 minutes, and it adds 50 Toxicity.
Against specters it gives +10% Attack Power and 15% resistance to slashing, piercing, bludgeoning, monster and elemental damage. Attacking a specter also stops it from using its abilities and turning immaterial.
How to Get Reliever's Decoction
- Brew it from the alchemy menu, outside combat, with 5 Dwarven Spirit, 4 Lesser Red Mutagen, 4 Lesser Green Mutagen, 4 Lesser Blue Mutagen and 1 Essence of Wraith.
- Meditate with strong alcohol such as Dwarven Spirit, Alcohest or White Gull in the inventory to refill its charge.
