Superior Petri's Philter is the top tier of Petri's Philter. It gives +25% Sign intensity and makes every Sign apply its special effect. One brew holds 5 charges, each dose lasts 90 seconds, and it adds 25 Toxicity.
A Sign's special effect, such as Aard's knock-down, normally depends on a chance that rises with intensity. With this potion it always applies, which suits a Signs build.
