No Escape keeps a smart weapon's target lock alive as long as V keeps shooting. A lock about to expire is renewed by hitting the enemy, so a target under fire never slips free. It sits in the smart weapon branch of the Intelligence tree. It removes the branch's one recurring frustration.

A target lock runs on a timer, and the timer does not care whether V is still firing. Losing it mid burst means the remaining rounds stop steering and the enemy walks out of the engagement.

Resetting the timer on every hit means the lock lasts as long as the fight does. The enemy has to break line of sight to escape it rather than simply outlast it.

Buy it at the Pro gate from Acquisition Specialist. Target Lock Transfer at the Phenom gate covers the other ways a lock is lost, through reloads, stance changes and weapon swaps, so the two together make the lock effectively permanent while the enemy is in view.

Target Lock Transfer higher in the branch keeps the same lock through weapon swaps and changes of stance.

Terminal Velocity raises lock-on range after a kill, which makes the next lock easier to find.
