V's Tattered Crop Top is the worn crop top a feminine V starts the game in on both the Nomad and the Streetkid lifepath. Each lifepath has its own version of it, and both carry the same name. On a masculine V the matching top has a different name.
How to Get V's Tattered Crop Top Guide
The Nomad version is given automatically during The Nomad, and the Streetkid version during The Streetkid. It goes into the stash at V's apartment once the prologue moves on, so it can be worn again at any time.
