V's Vest (with Bakkers Patch) is the old clan vest a Nomad V wears at the very start of the game, still carrying the patch of the Bakker clan V is leaving. It appears in a single scene and then disappears for good. It cannot be upgraded.
How to Get V's Vest (with Bakkers Patch) Guide
The vest is only worn during the mirror scene of The Nomad, the opening job of the Nomad lifepath. V tears the patch off in that scene, and the patched vest becomes unobtainable afterwards.
