The Bewitching Balm is a Censerin Dragon's Dogma 2 used by Tricksters. When wielded, it releases a captivating perfume that enchants those nearby. Its very light and it doesn't deal much damage, but can be handy for distracting foes and controlling crowds.
A censer of minimal function, unsuited to delivering blunt strikes. Shrouds its environs in a perfumed haze that enthralls those who breathe it in.

Smithing Upgrade Guide
Each weapon and armor in Dragon's Dogma 2 can be upgraded 3 times. There are five possible smithing upgrade paths to choose from: Vermundian, Elven, Battahli, Dwarven and Wyrmfire each effecting the weapon or armor's stats differently.
