Rearmament is the Maister skill of the Warfarer vocation, taught by Lamond. It switches at once to another weapon the Warfarer is carrying. Lamond hands over the tome Grandmaster's Path, which teaches it.

Instantly switches to a different weapon on the user's person. Select the type of weapons and the order in which they are equipped in the Equipment menu.

How to Unlock Rearmament

Lamond teaches it through the tome Grandmaster's Path, earned in The Sotted Sage. The quest starts in Volcanic Island Camp.

How to Use Rearmament

The weapon types and their order are set in the Equipment menu. The tome is earned through the quest The Sotted Sage. The skill reaches its full strength only at a high enough Vocation Rank.

The Sotted Sage Quest Guide

1. Reach the Volcanic Island Camp on Agamen Volcanic Island and walk up to the hot springs. Lamond starts the quest there.
2. Lamond asks for Newt Liqueur and gives a Rotten Soft-Boiled Egg in return.
3. Gather three Newt Liqueur. One sits on a table in Windwalker's Home, and more can be made from Fruit Wine and a Saurian Tail.
4. Higgs in Bakbattahl also sells Newt Liqueur for 5,000 G. Wear a Beastren Mask and move a sack from outside his tavern into the pen to be let in.
5. Hand the Newt Liqueur to Lamond. After the third bottle he unlocks the Warfarer vocation.
6. Talk to Lamond again to receive Grandmaster's Path, which teaches Rearmament.
