Endurance

Endurance
Raises Maximum stamina, Equip load, Robustness

Endurance is an attribute in Elden Ring.

Endurance is the attribute that decides how much stamina a character has and how much gear they can carry. Stamina is spent on attacks, blocks, rolls and sprints. A higher equip load lets a character wear heavier armor and still roll quickly.

Effects

Each point in Endurance raises maximum stamina, equip load and robustness.

Soft Caps

Stamina gains slow down sharply after Endurance 50, equip load gains slow down after 60, and Robustness gains slow down after 40 and again after 60.

Builds

Strength builds with heavy weapons and armor need Endurance more than any other. Any melee build benefits from the extra stamina for swinging, blocking and dodging.
