The Finger Ruins of Rhia are a fog-veiled field of giant stone fingers north of the Cerulean Coast. They join the coast to the Foot of the Jagged Peak. Lampreys guard the ruins, which are the birthplace of the fingercreepers. A hallowed bell hangs at the center.
