Nailstone is a crafting material in Elden Ring. It comes from the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
The Nailstone is a flaky shard of stone with a faint fingerprint carved into it. It breaks off the tips of the column-like stone fingers that grow at the finger ruins. It is the ingredient for the Glinting Nail.
