The Helm of Solitude is a helm in Elden Ring. It comes from the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
The Helm of Solitude belongs to the Knights of the Solitary Gaol, whose heavy armor covers the whole body in overlapping plates of steel, and it drops from the Blackgaol Knight in the Western Nameless Mausoleum of the realm of shadow. Its closed steel design gives the grim, faceless look of a gaol warden, matching the spirits said to haunt the nameless mausoleums. It is a heavy helm with high physical defense and strong poise for the head slot. It suits heavy strength and dark paladin style builds that want a fully armored knight look and the poise to trade blows.
Stats
It brings 14 poise at a weight of 10.3.
