A Rising Tide is a lore quest in the harbour district of Pikemead's Reach. A note left by a resident tells of a chest he hid in his near-flooded basement before the water rose. Finding the chest rewards 75 XP and a silver chest's worth of loot.
Walkthrough
The quest step by step:
- Read the note "As The Tide Rises" on the table of a destroyed building next to the Shroud in the harbour district.
- Search the nearby houses for the basement that is half under water.
- Swim or dive into the flooded basement.
- Open the hidden chest there to complete the quest.
