Gem of Battle Mania is a rare weapon gem in Enshrouded for aggressive fighters who never stop attacking. While the Elixir buff is active, landing hits triggers Satisfied Battle Mania, which regenerates health, stamina and mana. Letting the buff run out brings Unsatisfied Battle Mania, which halts all regeneration for a while. It drops from the Scavenger Berserker and the Vukah Berserker in the Kindlewastes.

How to Get Gem of Battle Mania Guide
The Scavenger Berserker and the Vukah Berserker of the Kindlewastes drop this gem. Scavenger Berserkers are common across the desert, in Scavenger camps, abandoned villages and around Night Sanctums. Vukah Berserkers are much rarer there and stay close to Vukah settlements. Ice and Shroud attacks hurt the Scavengers most. Fire and Shroud attacks work best on the Vukah.

It can also be caught while fishing with Scarab. It turns up rarely, in place of a fish.
