Gem of Bloodlust is a rare weapon gem in Enshrouded for fighters who heal by killing. Defeated enemies can drop health orbs, and picking one up adds cutting damage and raises the chance for more orbs for a while. That loop suits melee builds that cut through crowds. It drops from the Hollow Reaper and the Vukah Berserker in the Albaneve Summits.

How to Get Gem of Bloodlust Guide
The Hollow Reaper and the Vukah Berserker of the Albaneve Summits drop this gem. Hollow Reapers are elite skeletons with scythes. They crowd the Albaneve Summits Hollow Halls, where the Hollow return after a reset, which makes the Halls a good farming spot. A Reaper slashes twice or leaps in with a heavy blow, and blunt weapons hurt it most. Vukah Berserkers are rarer in the Summits.
