- Read "The Pike Weekly: Nothing Grand About Gormander" on the notice board in the Imperial Gardens.
- Read the stone tablet "Gormander Watches Over Us" on the ground in front of the statue.
- Search the gardens for loose ground and dig until the buried chest appears.
- Open the chest to complete the quest.
