The quest step by step:

1. Finish Hannah Reed Needs Help, then speak to Marianne Reed.
2. Go to the cliffs by Fort Kelvin and climb or glide down to the Sacrificial Vukah Pit at their foot.
3. Search the pit. Take the daggers and read the newspaper clipping.
4. Return to Marianne Reed and tell her what was found.

This quest follows Hannah Reed Needs Help, which Hannah Reed gives once she lives at the base. She misses her daughter Marianne and hopes she can be found near Vukah Ceremony Hill. The player searches the area for pure souls and rescues Marianne there. Marianne left home to study the Vukah. Once at the base, she reports that the Vukah push townsfolk off the cliffs near Fort Kelvin, and she wants to learn more.
