The Ultimatum boasts a sleek black finish complemented by detailed engravings that add a touch of personality and flair. These engravings include a mix of symbols such as dice, four-leaf clovers, and flames, alongside a Vault Boy face, each accompanied by poetic inscriptions that hint at the weapon's lethality and protective nature.
The engravings are not just for show; they tell a story. On one side, they speak to the power of the weapon with the phrase "A bullet is worth a thousand threats and I have twelve," while the other side offers reassurance against threats of any size, promising protection to its wielder. The top of the gun features imagery related to the Sole Survivor's journey, including a Deathclaw arm and Gunners logos, and there's even a radiation hazard symbol near the sights, warning of its dangerous capability.
How to get the Ultimatum
The Ultimatum Pistol was originally added by the Fallout 4 Creation Club DLC, Tunnel Snakes Rule DLC. This was later included within the Fallout 4 Next Gen Update as a free addition to the base game.

- The quest can be started by tuning into the 'Faint Radio Signal' in your pip-boy.
- This will add a new location onto your map, northwest of Chestnut Hillock Reservoir. You will trace the signal to find that it is coming from an abandoned unmarked subway station
- You will enter the subway station from a hole in the wall, head north towards the red light and you will find a novice locked door to the left. Unlock it.
- Left of the subway car from the entrance is a door to the station's maintenance area. Inside is the abandoned hideout of Wally Mack's Tunnel Snakes gang
- You will find the Ultimatum on Wally Mack's body.
