How to get the Wastelander's Friend
To get the Wastelander's Friend you must go to Bunker Hill, located to the north east of Dimond City. At this trading outpost you will find several traders. If you find and speak to Deb, who wears bright baby blue Red Rocket Jumpsuit with a red collar, she will sell you the unique weapon, Wastelander's Friend. She will also sell parts of the legendary armor set.
