Cicero's Clothes are worn by Cicero in the Dawnstar Sanctuary. They are looted from his body during The Cure for Madness in the Dark Brotherhood questline.
- Speak to Astrid in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary.
- Find Cicero's journal and take it to Astrid.
- Travel to the Dawnstar Sanctuary.
- Kill Cicero.
- Take Cicero's Clothes from his body.
