Clam Meat
Clam Meat comes from the clams that cling to rocks in the seas off northern Skyrim. Activating a clam puts the meat straight into the inventory. Eaten raw, it restores a single point of Health. Its main use is in Clam Chowder.

Gameplay Tips
- A camp just west of Northwatch Keep has a box of clam meat and many clams along the shore.
- Fish barrels nearly always hold a piece or two.
