Eikthyr's Altar is the Forsaken Altar of the Meadows, also called a mystical altar, where you summon Eikthyr. Place two Deer Trophies on it to call him, and you can summon him again as many times as you like.
Where to Find It
Each world has three altars, all on zones that are fully Meadows and within 1,000 m of the world centre, and they are among the first locations placed when a world is generated. A small glowing vegvisir to the left of Eikthyr's stone at the Sacrificial Stones adds the closest altar to your map.
What's Inside
A runestone beside the altar carries the hint HUNT HIS KIN. You have to put the two Deer Trophies in their marked places near the altar before you can activate it.
