Fader's Altar, the Altar of the Emerald Flame, is a coliseum in the Ashlands where you summon Fader with three Bells.
Where to Find It
A world has up to three altars, at least 2,048 m apart. They spawn on solid Ashlands ground between 1 and 300 m of altitude with up to 40 m of height difference. They are among the first locations placed when a world is made, and Charred Fortresses keep 256 m away from them. You cannot build in the area around the altar. A vegvisir marks the nearest altar on your map; you find it in the central tower of a Charred Fortress (50%) or, rarely, on top of a Charred Ruin.
What's Inside
You place the three Bells around the coliseum. Each Bell is made from three Bell Fragments, nine in all, which you take from the bell altars inside Charred Fortresses. The runestone at the altar reads RING HIS PRAISE. You can summon Fader again from the same altar as often as you want.
