The Bell is the key to a boss fight. You forge it at the Black Forge from fragments smashed off altars in the Ashlands.
How to Get It
Three Bell Fragments make one Bell, and the fragments only drop from the bell altars in the inner tower of a Charred Fortress. Summoning Fader takes three Bells placed around his coliseum, so nine fragments is the number that really matters. You find the coliseum with a vegvisir in one of those same fortresses, or rarely on a charred ruin. All of it lies inside the Ashlands, so you need a ship that survives the crossing and gear that stands up to fire damage.
