A Bell Fragment is a piece of something that used to ring, knocked loose from the altars in the inner towers of the Charred Fortresses that rise out of the Ashlands.
How to Get It
The altar stands deep inside a fortress that is guarded throughout, so getting to it is a fight, not a search. Breaking the altar drops a small handful of fragments. Any axe or pickaxe tier will do: what you need is to outlast the Charred holding the building. Fragments are light and go through a Portal, so you do not have to sail them home with the rest of your loot. Three make a Bell, and Fader needs three Bells.
