Enhanced Feline Trousers are the Enhanced tier of the Feline (Cat School) trousers, light witcher armor from the base game. They give 55 armor at level 23, with +6% attack power. The diagram is in the Oxenfurt sewers, in the tunnels below the blacksmith. They are a mid-game upgrade.

They also give +2% piercing, +4% slashing, +4% monster and +7% elemental resistance. The attack power suits a fast attacks sword build.

Set Bonus

The Feline set is light armor. It has five tiers: Basic at level 17, Enhanced at 23, Superior at 29, Mastercrafted at 34 and Grandmaster at 40. 3 pieces: a strong attack raises fast attack damage by 10% per set piece worn, for 5 seconds. 6 pieces: rear attacks deal 50% more damage and stun the target, at a cost of 1 adrenaline point. These bonuses come from Grandmaster pieces worn as a set.

Enter the house just east of the Oxenfurt blacksmith and go down into the sewer tunnels. A fake wall in the cellar of the house just northwest of it is a second way down.
Find the diagram in the tunnels below the blacksmith.
A journeyman armorer crafts them from the basic Feline Trousers.

The hidden room stays sealed from the raid on Whoreson Junior's business with Cleaver's men until A Favor for Radovid starts.

Buy Adalbert Kermith's second map from the blacksmith in Blackbough to start Scavenger Hunt: Cat School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 2.
Go to the house just east of the blacksmith in Oxenfurt and enter the main floor.
Climb down the ladder near the cat marker and follow the tunnel to a room with two gates.
Use Witcher Senses on the stretch of brick wall next to the right-hand gate to find a brick that can be pressed.
Press the brick to open the hidden room in the wall.
Loot the chest inside for the Enhanced Feline Trousers diagram.
