Enhanced Legendary Griffin Boots are the NG+ Legendary variant of the Enhanced Griffin Boots, medium witcher armor. They give 47 armor at level 19, with +12% sign intensity. They need level 18 plus the NG+ starting level. The diagram is in Velen.
They also give +6% piercing, +6% bludgeoning, +7% slashing and +4% monster resistance. The regular boots give 45 armor and +6% sign intensity. The sign bonus suits a signs build.
Set Bonus
The Griffin set is medium armor with five tiers, Basic to Grandmaster. 3 pieces: after a sign cast with stamina, the next sign within 3 seconds costs no stamina. 6 pieces: Yrden traps are 40% larger, and inside them stamina regen rises by 5/s, sign intensity by 100% and damage taken drops by 20%.

Enhanced Legendary Griffin Boots Map Location and Quest Guide
The Enhanced Legendary Griffin Boots diagram sits in a chest at the unmarked ruins on the northern end of Mudplough in Velen, guarded by a forktail. The pin marks the chest, one of three stops of Scavenger Hunt: Griffin School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 1. In New Game +, this legendary diagram replaces the standard one at the same spot.
- Buy Edwin Greloff's first map from the armorer in Midcopse to start Scavenger Hunt: Griffin School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 1. It marks all three diagram spots.
- Ride to the unmarked ruins on the northern end of Mudplough.
- Kill the forktail that flies around the ruins.
- Find the small corner closed off by three walls on the western side of the ruins.
- Loot the chest there for the Enhanced Legendary Griffin Boots diagram.
