The Feline Steel Sword - Mastercrafted is a witcher gear steel sword from the base game. It is the fourth tier of the Cat School sword. It deals 284-348 damage at level 34 and gives +15% bleed chance. Its diagram is inside Kaer Gelen in Skellige. It is a sword for the closing stretch of the game.
It gives +10% crit chance, +15% bleed chance and +5% XP from humans and nonhumans. The bleed chance adds damage over time on hits, which suits a bleeding hybrid on the steel sword.
It has 3 rune slots. These hold three runestones or one runeword.
Set Bonus
The Feline set is light armor with 5 tiers. 3 pieces: a strong attack raises fast attack damage by 10% per set piece worn, for 5 seconds. 6 pieces: rear attacks deal 50% more damage and stun the target, at a cost of 1 adrenaline point. These bonuses come from Grandmaster pieces worn as a set.

Feline Steel Sword - Mastercrafted Map Location and Quest Guide
The pin marks Kaer Gelen on Ard Skellig. The Feline Steel Sword - Mastercrafted diagram sits in a chest in a small opening off the stairs, past the cat symbol inside the ruins. It turns up during Scavenger Hunt: Cat School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 4, and a master blacksmith crafts the sword from it.
- Start Scavenger Hunt: Cat School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 4 by finding any of its diagrams, or by buying Adalbert Kermith's fourth map from the blacksmith in Lindenvale.
- Travel to Kaer Gelen and go around the gated entrance to the entrance on the east side.
- Kill the wraiths that appear at the entrance.
- Continue to the cat symbol and take the stairs on the right.
- Just before the next small landing, enter the small opening on the left.
- Loot the chest inside for the steel sword diagram.

Notes
In NG+ the diagram makes the Legendary Feline Steel Sword - Mastercrafted instead. It needs level 34 plus the starting level, deals 292-356.8 damage at level 35 and raises crit chance to +15%.
