Forgotten Wolven Boots are the Standard tier of the Forgotten Wolven set's boots, medium witcher armor from the base game. They give 50 armor at level 20, with +6% Yrden sign intensity. Reinald gives the diagram at the end of the secondary quest In the Eternal Fire's Shadow. They are a mid-game pair from Velen.
They also give +2% piercing, +2% bludgeoning, +4% slashing and +2% monster resistance. The Yrden bonus fits the set's 6-piece bonus, which adds Aard damage against enemies caught in Yrden.
Set Bonus
The Forgotten Wolven set is medium armor. It has three tiers: Standard at level 20, Mastercrafted at 34 and Grandmaster at 40. 3 pieces: potions last 7% longer per set piece. 6 pieces: Aard deals extra damage to enemies affected by Yrden.
How to Get Forgotten Wolven Boots
- Play the secondary quest In the Eternal Fire's Shadow at Grayrocks in Velen.
- At the end, Reinald hands over the diagram, however the quest is completed.
- An armorer crafts them.
Forgotten Wolven Boots Map Location and Quest Guide
The witcher Reinald gives Geralt the Forgotten Wolven Boots diagram in a cutscene at the end of In the Eternal Fire's Shadow, a secondary quest at the Devil's Pit in Velen. The pin marks that scene, which hands over the diagrams for the whole set.
- Speak to the priest of the Eternal Fire at the Devil's Pit in Velen to start In the Eternal Fire's Shadow. He gives Geralt the key to the mine.
- Unlock the mine gate and follow the path through the mine to the doors with Reinald's fifth letter.
- Free Reinald from the salt stalagmites with Aard.
- Defeat the possessed Reinald, then the Red Miasmal.
- Talk to Reinald after the fight. He gives Geralt his armor and sword diagrams, the Forgotten Wolven Boots diagram among them.

Notes
In NG+ the diagram makes Legendary Forgotten Wolven Boots. They need level 19 plus the NG+ starting level and give 49 armor at level 20, with the same bonuses.
