It deals 292-356.8 damage at level 35, with +15% crit chance and +15% bleeding chance. Its diagram is in Skellige. It needs level 34 plus the NG+ starting level.
The regular sword deals 284-348 damage at level 34 with +10% crit chance. This variant keeps the 15% bleeding chance, the 3 rune slots and +5% bonus experience from humans and nonhumans.
Set Bonus
The Feline set is light armor with five tiers. 3 pieces: a strong attack raises fast attack damage by 10% per set piece worn, for 5 seconds. 6 pieces: rear attacks deal 50% more damage and stun the target, at a cost of 1 adrenaline point.

The pin marks Kaer Gelen on Ard Skellig. The Legendary Feline Steel Sword - Mastercrafted diagram sits in a chest in a small opening off the stairs, past the cat symbol inside the ruins. It replaces the standard diagram at this spot in New Game +, during Scavenger Hunt: Cat School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 4, and a master blacksmith crafts the sword from it.
- Start Scavenger Hunt: Cat School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 4 by finding any of its diagrams, or by buying Adalbert Kermith's fourth map from the blacksmith in Lindenvale.
- Travel to Kaer Gelen and go around the gated entrance to the entrance on the east side.
- Kill the wraiths that appear at the entrance.
- Continue to the cat symbol and take the stairs on the right.
- Just before the next small landing, enter the small opening on the left.
- Loot the chest inside for the steel sword diagram.
