They give 75 armor and +15% attack power at level 35. Their diagram is in a cave south-southwest of Trottheim on Faroe. They are late-game gauntlets, needing level 34 above the NG+ starting level.
They give +15% attack power, +6% piercing, +7% slashing, +4% monster and +7% elemental resistance. The attack power fits a fast attacks sword build.
