Master armorer

Mastercrafted Legendary Wolven Trousers are the NG+ variant of Mastercrafted Wolven Trousers, medium Wolf School witcher gear. They give 127 armor at level 59, with +15% attack power and +15% sign intensity. Their diagram is on top of one of the walls at the Old Watchtower on Spikeroog, Skellige. They come late in the game and need level 34 above the NG+ starting level.

They also give +12% slashing, +10% monster and +45% elemental resistance. Their armor rises by 2 per level. Against the regular Mastercrafted trousers, they raise attack power and sign intensity from 10% to 15% and elemental resistance from 30% to 45%.

Set Bonus

The Wolven set is medium armor. It has five tiers: Basic at level 14, Enhanced at 21, Superior at 29, Mastercrafted at 34 and Grandmaster at 40. The 3-piece and 6-piece bonuses come from Grandmaster pieces worn as a school set. 3 pieces: each bleeding effect on an enemy raises sword damage by 1% per set piece worn. 6 pieces: each adrenaline point raises how many bleeding effects can stack on one enemy.

How to Get Mastercrafted Legendary Wolven Trousers

  • In NG+, start Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 6.
  • Go to the Old Watchtower on Spikeroog and take the diagram from the top of one of the walls.
  • A master armorer crafts them.

Mastercrafted Legendary Wolven Trousers Map Location and Quest Guide

The Mastercrafted Legendary Wolven Trousers diagram sits in a chest high on a wall of the Old Watchtower on Spikeroog, where bandits camp. The pin marks the diagram spot, a stop of Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 6. It is the New Game + counterpart of the Mastercrafted Wolven Trousers diagram and lies at the same spot.

  1. Buy the Notes on Parchment by Hieronymus from the armorer at Kaer Trolde. They start Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 6 and mark every diagram spot.
  2. Go to the Old Watchtower on Spikeroog and kill the bandits.
  3. Face the wolf marker and look up to the right to spot the chest.
  4. Stand right below the chest and jump. Geralt climbs up, and you can loot it for the Mastercrafted Legendary Wolven Trousers diagram.
