Journeyman armorer

Superior Legendary Wolven Trousers are the NG+ Legendary variant of the Superior Wolven Trousers, medium witcher armor. They need at least level 54 and give 117 armor at that level, with +13% attack power and +13% sign intensity. Kaer Morhen holds their diagram, and they need level 29 beyond the NG+ starting level.

They also give +11% slashing, +9% monster and +41% elemental resistance. The regular trousers give 67 armor, with 8% attack power and 8% sign intensity. The mix of sword and sign bonuses suits a hybrid build.

Set Bonus

The Wolven set is medium armor with five tiers. 3 pieces: each bleeding effect on an enemy raises sword damage by 1% per set piece. 6 pieces: each adrenaline point raises how many bleeding effects can stack on one enemy.

How to Get Superior Legendary Wolven Trousers

  • In NG+, follow Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 4.
  • Find the diagram in the cave north of the Bastion, northwest of Kaer Morhen.
  • A journeyman armorer crafts them.

Superior Legendary Wolven Trousers Map Location and Quest Guide

The Superior Legendary Wolven Trousers diagram sits in a chest in the cave northwest of Kaer Morhen and north of the Bastion. The pin marks the cave, one of three stops of Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 4. In New Game +, this legendary diagram replaces the standard one at the same spot.

  1. Buy the heavily faded notes from the armorer in Hierarch Square to start Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 4.
  2. Go to the cave northwest of Kaer Morhen and north of the Bastion.
  3. Follow the path inside and kill the nekker warriors and the devourer on the way.
  4. Find the first tables with apparatus and mutagen bottles, and go just past the one on the left.
  5. Loot the chest behind the stalagmites for the Superior Legendary Wolven Trousers diagram. If you reach a small set of stairs, you have gone too far.
