Journeyman armorer

Superior Legendary Wolven Gauntlets are the NG+ Legendary variant of the Superior Wolven Gauntlets, medium witcher armor. They need at least level 54 and give 113 armor at that level, with +13% sign intensity. They come from Kaer Morhen and need level 29 above the NG+ starting level.

They also give +6% piercing, +7% slashing, +5% monster and +16% elemental resistance. The regular gauntlets give 63 armor and +8% sign intensity.

Set Bonus

The Wolven set is medium armor with five tiers. 3 pieces: each bleeding effect on an enemy raises sword damage by 1% per set piece. 6 pieces: each adrenaline point raises how many bleeding effects can stack on one enemy.

How to Get Superior Legendary Wolven Gauntlets

  • In NG+, follow Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 4.
  • Find the diagram in the Iron Mine at Kaer Morhen.
  • A journeyman armorer crafts them.

Superior Legendary Wolven Gauntlets Map Location and Quest Guide

The Superior Legendary Wolven Gauntlets diagram lies on a small altar-like table in the Iron Mine near Kaer Morhen, guarded by an earth elemental. The pin marks the diagram spot, a stop of Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 4. It is the New Game + counterpart of the Superior Wolven Gauntlets diagram and lies at the same spot.

  1. Buy the Heavily Faded Notes by Hieronymus from the armorer in Hierarch Square. They start Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 4 and mark every diagram spot.
  2. Go to the Iron Mine near Kaer Morhen.
  3. Kill the earth elemental in the main room.
  4. Take the Superior Legendary Wolven Gauntlets diagram from the small altar-like table near the hidden tunnel.
