Superior Swallow is the top tier of Swallow. It speeds up Vitality regeneration, and the healing keeps running when damage is taken. One brew holds 5 charges, each dose lasts 20 seconds, and it adds 20 Toxicity.
Because it keeps healing through hits, it works in the middle of a fight, not only in the pauses.
