Enhanced Swallow is the second tier of Swallow. It speeds up Vitality regeneration more than the base tier, and the healing still pauses for 2 seconds whenever damage is taken. One brew holds 4 charges, each dose lasts 20 seconds, and it adds 20 Toxicity.

Every hit taken pauses the healing, so it works best in the gaps between enemy attacks.
