Inside Brave Atlas
The rooftop can be reached from Luxor Heights next door. A cyberjunkie, Garry Bates, holds the roof at first. Once he is beaten, the roof comes alive at night with dance parties, and a supply drop can land on the Goliath in front of the building.
The building has a parking garage. An operational data terminal is on its second floor.
