Golden Pacific is the central neighbourhood of Dogtown, around the Black Sapphire. Barghest, the Scavengers and the Animals all have a hold here. It was planned as part of the Pacifica resort and left half built.

Life in Golden Pacific
Most of the famous spots in Dogtown are found here. The Black Sapphire, Heavy Hearts and the Eden Plaza mall stand within its streets. Farida's Clinic, Haven Clinic and the Dream Gig bar are close by as well.
Golden Pacific was known as Ferronia Downs while it was being made. The Orion building is missing one of its letters, which turns up in a secret room elsewhere.
