Chrome Constitution rewards V for filling every skeleton and skin slot. With all of them occupied, incoming damage drops across the board. It sits in the cyberware branch of the Technical Ability tree. It is a flat reduction, so it applies to everything the city can do to V.

The condition is strict. Every slot in the integumentary system and the skeleton has to hold an implant, which means a build has to commit capacity to armour and frame rather than spreading it around.

What it pays is a reduction on all incoming damage rather than a resistance to one type. Flat reductions of that kind are rare and they get better the longer a fight lasts.

Buy it at the Pro gate from All Things Cyber, which also makes those two slot groups cheaper to fill. Cyborg at the Phenom gate rewards filling every slot in the body, so a build heading that way will meet this condition long before it gets there.
