Queue Prioritization speeds up the first hack in a filled queue. Once V has stacked more than one on an enemy, the one at the front uploads half again as fast. It sits in the queue branch of the Intelligence tree. It shortens the wait before anything starts happening.

Queuing has a cost in time. The first hack has to upload before the second begins, and a netrunner who has committed to a long queue is exposed for the whole of it.

Speeding up the front of the queue brings the first effect forward, which matters because that effect is usually the one that stops the enemy shooting. The rest of the queue arrives while the target is already dealt with.

The build is a queue netrunner that wants its first effect to land before the enemy reacts, which matters most against an alerted camp.

Buy it at the Phenom gate from Queue Acceleration. Hack Queue speeds up the second hack and Queue Acceleration speeds up everything past the second, so this perk fills the one gap those two leave at the front of the queue.

Hack Queue lower in the tree speeds up the second hack, which completes the set.
