Road Warrior lets V use time slowing cyberware from behind the wheel. A Sandevistan can be triggered while driving, a Kerenzikov fires on aiming and pulling the handbrake together, and weapon damage rises while the car is drifting or in the air. It is an early pick in the Cool tree. Car chases become shootouts V can win.

Slowed time is what makes a shot possible from a moving vehicle. Without it a chase is a matter of luck, and with it the driver picks the moment.

The handbrake condition is the detail worth remembering. Aiming and pulling the brake at once triggers the Kerenzikov, which means a drift and a shot are the same input, and the damage bonus pays for exactly that.

The build is one that fights from a car and carries time slowing cyberware, which means a Sandevistan or a Kerenzikov.

Buy it at the Rookie gate whenever a point is spare, since nothing in the tree is bought from it. Stuntjock in the Reflexes tree removes the accuracy penalty and Gearhead in Technical Ability keeps the car alive, so the three together are the whole of vehicle combat.

Sandevistan and Kerenzikov are the implants the effect names, so one of them has to be installed.
