Dragon's Bite is the best greatsword in the game. Dragon's Bite is a strong Greatsword in Dragon's Dogma 2, known to be the most powerful greatsword in the game. This sharp blade resembles a dragon's fangs and it gets stronger when the wielder takes damage. This weapon not dropped by any enemies, but can be purchased from merchants. It can only be used by Warrior and Warfarer vocations.
A greatsword worthy of its namesake, with an awe-inspiring blade as sharp as the dragon's fangs. The more harm the wielder takes, the stronger it becomes.

Smithing Upgrade Guide
Every weapon can be enhanced three times at an armoury or smithy, each time for gold and the materials listed below, and a fourth time with Wyrmfire. Any armoury or smithy works on weapons and armour alike. Each smith works in one style, and you can mix styles from one level to the next.
- Vermundian raises every attribute moderately. Armouries and smithies in Vermund offer it, such as Roderick's Smithy and Bjorn's Armory in Vernworth.
- Elven raises Magick and Magick Defense greatly, Strength and Defense only a little. Grisha's Armory in Sacred Arbor offers it.
- Battahli raises Strength and Defense greatly, Magick and Magick Defense only a little. Armouries in Battahl offer it, such as Awaran's Arms and Bodas's Armory in Bakbattahl.
- Dwarven raises Knockdown Power and Knockdown Resistance. Sara at Brokkr's Smithy offers it after Steeled Resolve, Blazing Forge, and Gautstafr after Put a Spring in Thy Step.
- Wyrmfire halves the weight and gives a further boost once the first three enhancements are done. The Dragonforged at Bay Wayside Shrine takes payment in Wyrmslife Crystals instead of gold.

Taking Dragon's Bite to level 3 costs 35,250 G in all, whichever style you choose. Battahli smithing gives it the most Strength at level 3 (570), while Dwarven gives the most Knockdown Power (721). Wyrmfire then costs 15 Wyrmslife Crystals.
