Chelona's Rise is a sorcerer's tower on the south-western tip of the Moonlight Altar. Its door is sealed with a message that reads "Seek three great wise beasts". Three giant spectral turtles must be found and struck to open it. The sorcery Ranni's Dark Moon waits at the top.

Guide
- Hit the first turtle, which hangs from the side of the cliff just west of the tower.
- Hit the second turtle at the edge of a cliff far to the south-east of the Moonlight Altar.
- Use a spiritspring to reach the third turtle floating high in the air north-west of the altar.
- Return to the tower, which is now open.
