The Divine Fortification is an incantation in Elden Ring, from the Two Fingers school. It can be picked up early, in the Weeping Peninsula, within the first few hours of a run.

Divine Fortification is an incantation of the Two Fingers' faithful, warning the Tarnished that following their set path will make enemies of monks, sorcerers, ancient dragon knights and the scions of gold. For 90 seconds it cuts holy damage taken, by less against players, and it can be cast while moving. Its benefit shrinks as holy negation rises from other sources, and as a body buff it does not stack with others of that type. Its low requirements put it within reach of most starting classes with the Two Fingers Heirloom and a Finger Seal. It suits players preparing for holy-heavy bosses and enemies.

Effect

Cuts holy damage taken by 35% (10% against players) for 90 seconds; it can be cast while moving. Each cast costs 20 FP and 13 stamina and takes up one memory slot.

How to Get Divine Fortification Guide

Notes

Counts as a body buff.

"Incantation of the Two Fingers' faithful. Increases holy damage negation. This incantation can be cast while in motion. Follow the path that has been set for you, and you will make enemies of all others: the monks, the sorcerers, the ancient dragon knights, and the scions of gold. Heed me, the Lands Between offers no welcome to the Tarnished."
